Rabat - Omnidior has unveiled its strategy for 2020.
The real estate subsidiary of Omnipar plans 3 billion Dirhams of investments in five years to build 8,000 residential units (60 per cent average housing, 27 per cent economic housing and 15 per cent high standard housing).
The group has projects in the city of Beni Mellal and Fez. "Our goal is to ensure the quality of our units, and of course prices will not be the same. In Beni Mellal, initial prices of apartments will stand at 600,000 Dirhams. InCasablanca, they will be available for 900,000 Dirhams," said Leila Berrada, General Director of the real estate group Omnidior.
With a land reserve of 300 hectares, the group offers its customers three different types of residential units: socioeconomic housing in Bab El Khir (Fez), prestigious and luxury housing and average housing.
"Today, our brand is moving towards the launching of innovative projects. We want to give the average housing the importance it deserves and offer a product that meets the needs of the middle class," the group's general director added.
