Brest - Prince Moulay Rachid, accompanied by French Defense Minister, Jean Yves Le Drian, chaired, Thursday in Brest, the signing ceremony of the ownership transfer document of the Mohammed VI multi-purpose Frigate to the Royal Navy.
The ownership transfer document was signed by CEO of the directorate of shipbuilding and systems (DCNS), Patrick Boissier, and Vice Admiral Mohamed Laghmari, Inspector General of the Royal Navy.
