ISTANBUL - Center of development and progress is changing; we can observe a shifting towards east and south, Morocco's Boulif says. The global structure would face an economic crisis every 3-4 years, if it continued to focus on financial matters rather than production, said Morocco's Minister of Transport during an economic summit held in Istanbul. The world is changing the center of development and progress...We can observe a shifting towards east and south, Mohamed Najib Boulif said in his speech at the 4th Bosphorus Summit in Istanbul, organized under the theme "Middle East and North Africa in Sustainable Competition." Noting that the European Union had emerged as a very small structure at first, Boulif stated that they had a hard time as they were unable to congregate in the Middle East. The Bosphorus Summit gathers the leaders of 54 countries from the Middle East and North Africa, as participants share ideas and projects over the future of global economy and regional businesses.
