Rabat - King Mohammed VI on Friday held a phone call with Alpha Conde, President of the Republic of Guinea, says a release of the Royal office.
The phone call between the two African heads of state evoked essentially the alarming news of the resurgence of the Ebola virus in Guinea, the release went on.
The two heads of state also praised the quality of historic brotherhood and active cooperation ties binding the two countries in various fields, says the source.
Based on the evolution of the health situation in this country, the King ordered the health minister to collaborate closely and without delay with his Guinean peer and bring the needed support to face the epidemic.
Meanwhile, Morocco is planning to reactive the preparedness and response plan for Ebola Virus Disease which had previously been set forth, the Royal office concludes.
