Rabat- Morocco and Spain signed, here Friday, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in public service and administration modernization.
Signed by Minister-delegate for public service and administration modernization Mohamed Moubdi and Spain's Secretary of State for Public Administration Antonio German Beteta Barreda, the agreement provides for promoting know-how exchange in public governance, public service reform, modernization of human resources management and reinforcing cooperation between the National School of Administration and the National Institute of Public Administration in Madrid.
To implement and follow-up this MoU, a joint steering committee will be established to elaborate a detailed work program at the earliest opportunity.
On this occasion, both officials stressed the excellent relations between Morocco and Spain, expressing their wish to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in areas of common interest.
