Rabat - Prince Moulay Rachid celebrates, on Friday, his 44th birthday less than a week after his marriage with Oum Keltoum Boufarés
Born on June 20, 1970 in Rabat, Prince Moulay Rachid has been committed, since his young age, to various actions by taking part in different royal activities and presiding over official and major events at the national and international levels in social, sports and cultural fields, thus contributing to the process of building a new, modern and prosperous Morocco.
Prince Moulay Rachid has a successful education career. He graduated with a PhD in Law on May 18, 2001 from Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV University.
Prince Moulay Rachid represents King Mohammed VI in major national and international events.
He chairs the National Federation of Moroccan Scouting, the Royal Moroccan Federation for Hunting Shotgun Shooting (FRMTAC), the Hassan II Golf Trophy Association (ATH) and the Marrakech International Film Festival Foundation (FIFM).
On June 15, 2014, King Mohammed VI chaired, at the royal palace of Rabat, the wedding ceremony of Prince Moulay Rachid and Oum Keltoum Boufarès.
