Rabat - Following the swearing-in ceremony of King Felipe VI of Spain, King Mohammed VI held a phone conversation with the new Spanish king, said a statement of the King's office.
During this phone conversation, King Mohammed VI reiterated his congratulations to King Felipe VI, and expressed his pride in the strong ties of friendship and mutual respect "between us personally as well as the two royal families," the same source said.
King Mohammed VI had sent a congratulation letter to King Felipe VI, in which the Sovereign expressed his determination to work together with the Spanish monarch to further strengthen bilateral relations, the statement said.
