Rabat- Organized by Morocco’s Royal Cycling Federation, the 27th annual of the Cycling Tour Du Maroc will take place from April 4th to 13th, with the participation of 120 cyclists representing 17 countries.
Tour Du Maroc is to kick off in El Jadida on Saturday, April 4th and it will end in Casablanca on Sunday, April 13th. The distance between the starting point and the finish line is about 932 miles (1500 kilometers), divided over 10 stages.
Besides Morocco, which will be represented by three national teams, the 27th Tour Du Maroc will feature the participation of 20 other teams from 17 countries, including France, Canada, Luxembourg, Italy, Turkey, Spain, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, and Libya.
The most important road bicycle race in Morocco will allow cyclists and viewers to enjoy the diversity of the Moroccan landscape; the cyclists will cross 1526 km in ten stages through the most beautiful Moroccan topography, including mountains, oases and desert.
